Aikido is unique in its approach. It offers a technical structure including both weapons and open handed movement. Also it provides the opportunity to discover and explore the wonderful perspective of Takemusu Aiki, the spontaneous creative flow of response to an unknown attack. A vast dimension of  body, mind, and spirit principles can be discovered within the training. The mastery of technical aspects, the embodiment of the principles and the deeper understanding of the art are essential aspects of our perspective.
