Yoga
Through Yoga we learn to relax our body and mind, to open ourselves to the moment and to feel. Thus the quality of our movement changes and we experience a greater presence in our being. Inner silence, peace and the joy of being alive can unfold and deepen. Our body becomes both the channel and expression of our inner creative nature.

Yoga, the oldest holistic practice of well-being, originated in India and is found to have existed for more than 5000 years. The word „Yoga“ (Sanskrit) means „to join, to unite“. Implying to unite body, mind and heart, and integrating every aspect of our being. In the scriptures we find yoga as „stopping the unending movement of the mind“.Yoga is not only about maintaining a healthy body, mind and spirit. It is also a process of self-discovery, a way towards more harmony in one self and the movement of life itself.
Our courses incorporate a mix of traditional postures (asana), movement research, breathing exercises (pranayama), with explorations of yogic principles and perspectives.
Franklin-Method™ is a creative way to understand the connection between mind and body, using imagination and touch and complements Yoga beautifully.
